[AEU Announcements] Elliott-Black voting by Nov 15th.

Just a reminder that the deadline for voting for the 2003 Elliott-Black
award is November 15th.

So far I have received votes from Baltimore, Philadelphia, Northern
Virginia, and Boston.

I encourage the political and social action committees of other societies,
or their boards of trustees, to make a quick decision and let me know by
November 15th. I will count votes immediately on November 16th and make a
recommendation to the board.
